Town of West Sweden-Monthly Meeting

Dec. 18, 2008

Meeting called to order at 6:30 p.m. Present at the meeting were Dennis O’Donnell- Chairman, Scott Wilder and Glenn Meier- Supervisors, Phyllis Wilder – Treasurer and Lori Lundquist-Clerk. Residents and onlookers included Kevin Taylor, William Johnson, Barb Meier and Bryan Lundquist.

The meeting was called to order by Dennis.

The minutes of the last meeting were read by the clerk.

Motion to approve minutes by Scott and seconded by Glenn. Carried.

The treasurer’s monthly report was presented by Phyllis.

Motion to approve the treasurer’s report was made by Glenn and seconded by Scott.

Carried.

Public Input - Jon Mattson appeared stating his case about the state inspector, he said that the state building inspector bid has gone to a firm in Cumberland, and he would like us to pass an ordinance appointing him our building inspector.

Old Business – None

Patrolman/Hwy. Building/Hwy. Report – Dodge pick-up needs fuel pump. The old tires from the dump truck we will keep, Kevin will look for used rims.

Correspondence- none

New Business- None

All bills paid and approved.

The next meeting will be Tuesday, Jan. 20 at 6:30 p.m.

Motion to adjourn the meeting made by Glenn and seconded by Scott.

Carried.
