Town of West Sweden, Planning Committee Meeting

August 3, 2009

Meeting was called to order at 7:00pm. Present at the meeting were Scott Wilder planning committee chair, William Didlo, Rich Potvin, Bruce Rowe planning committee members, Tim Anderson, county planner and Andrea Lundquist, as clerk.

Scott called the meeting to order.

Tim passed out the plan commission resolution recommended for adopting the plan presented the comprehensive plan for the town of West Sweden.

A motion was made by Rich to adopt resolution 01-2009 that adopting the comprehensive plan that Tim presented. Scott seconded. All in favor. No against. Motion passed. Resolution to be signed by Scott and Town Board Chairman, Dennis O’Donnell.

Tim handed out draft of the notice of public hearing. This will need to be posted in paper and a date set for public hearing 30 days after posting. Date set for Wednesday, September 9^th, 6:00pm. The hearing will last 2 hours.

Meeting adjourned at 7:20pm.
