Meeting called to order at
Present at the meeting were Dennis O’Donnell- Chairman, Scott Wilder and Glenn Meier- Supervisors, Phyllis Wilder – Treasurer and Lori Lundquist-Clerk.
The meeting was called to order by Dennis.
The minutes of the last meeting were read by the clerk.
Motion to approve minutes by Glenn Meier and seconded by Scott Wilder. . Carried.
The treasurer’s monthly report was presented by Phyllis.
Motion to approve the treasurer’s report was made by Scott and seconded by Glenn.
Carried.
Public Input -none
Old Business – Town Web site, the web site will be up and running as of tonight, Feb. 19, 20008. Dan Fisher who put the website together still needs to get together with the clerk, to finalize a few things.
Patrolman/Hwy. Building/Hwy. Report – nothing new to report
Correspondence –Building Inspection Reports were the only thing that was received.
New Business – We received a letter from a resident who is unhappy with his driveway plowing. The resident did sign the waiver stating that the Town was not responsible for any damage. We will forward the waiver and the info to our insurance company regarding this matter and will put it on the March agenda.
All bills paid and approved.
