Special Meeting regarding

A. Roads for chip sealing and

B. Cutting and clearing right of way.

Meeting called to order at 6:30p.m. Present at the meeting were Simon Nelson- Chairman, Scott Wilder and Glenn Meier- Supervisors, Andrea Lundquist-Clerk, and Kevin Taylor - Patrolman.

The board discussed crack sealing (as they are unable to chip seal at this point in the year) the following: 325^th Avenue from 180^th St to County Rd W, and 180^th Street (aka County Line Rd) from 300^th Avenue to Hwy 48. The cost for these two projects would total $6425.00 with a bid by Fahrner. Glenn made a motion to accept the bid by Fahrner, and Scott seconded the motion. All in favor, motion carried.

Simon spoke to Paul Leudtke regarding brush/tree removal around Young Lake and 350^th Avenue in the road right of way. Leudtke would work at a rate of $300/hr for 10 hour days. There were also other areas of concern to be attended to in the clearing of the road right of way. Glenn made a motion to spend up to $15,000 on clearing and removal of right of ways, and Scott seconded. All in favor, motion carried.

Motion to adjourn the meeting made by Simon and seconded by Glenn. Motion Carried.

Meeting adjourned at 6:50pm.
