Town of West Sweden- Monthly Meeting

January 21, 2014

Meeting was called to order at 6:34 pm. Present at the meeting were Simon Nelson, Chairman; Scott Wilder and Glenn Meier, supervisors; Brenda Tesch, treasurer, Kevin Taylor, patrolman; and Phyllis Wilder, clerk.

The minutes to the December meeting were presented by the clerk. The board thanked the clerk for the report.

The financial statement for December was presented by the treasurer. The board thanked her for the report.

Old Business: None

Employee report: The new John Deere tractor was delivered on January 10^th. Rural Insurance has been contacted of the change. Purchased 2 batteries for dump truck and grader blades were purchased from Burnett County. Due to weather have picked up additional 150 yards of salt and sand from Polk & Burnett Counties.

Correspondence: Towns Association cancelled Polk County meeting for January.

New Business:

A. Audit of 2013 Books: Board approved audit of books for 2013.

B. Northland Ambulance moved into the new building in Luck.

All bills paid and approved.

The next meeting will be February. 18, 2014 at 6:30 pm.

Motion to adjourn made by Scott, seconded by Glenn, and carried. Time was 7:15pm.
