Public Budget Hearing
November 17, 2015
Meeting called to order by Simon at 6:05 pm. Present at the meeting were Simon Nelson- Chairman, Scott Wilder and Glenn Meier- Supervisor, Phyllis Wilder–Clerk, Brenda Tesch-Treasurer.
Budget for 2016 was reviewed.
Motion to adjourn the hearing made by Glenn Meier and seconded by Brenda Tesch. Motion carried.
Hearing adjourned 6:15 pm.
Special Town Meeting
of Electors
Meeting called to order at 6:15pm. Present at the meeting were Simon Nelson- Chairman, Scott Wilder and Glenn Meier- Supervisor, Phyllis Wilder–Clerk, Brenda Tesch-Treasurer. Kevin Taylor, patrolman.
Motion to endorse the resolution to exceed the state levy limit to increase it by 4 percent or $4475 was made by Scott Wilder, seconded by Brenda Tesch, motion carried.
Glenn Meier made motion to adopt the 2016 highway expenditures of $120,000, per the budget, seconded by Scott Wilder, motion carried. Simon Nelson made to motion to adopt the town levy for 2015 payable in 2016 for $159,355, Kevin Taylor, second. All in favor. Motion Carried.
Motion to adjourn the Special Town Meeting made by Scott Wilder and seconded by Brenda Tesch. Motion carried.
