Town of West Sweden- Monthly Meeting

March 17, 2015

Meeting was called to order by Simon Nelson at 6:30 pm. Members present were Glenn Meier and Scott Wilder, supervisors; Brenda Tesch, treasurer & Phyllis Wilder, clerk.

The minutes to the February meeting were presented by the clerk. The board thanked the clerk for the report. Correction to minutes by Glenn Meier.

The financial statement for February was presented by the treasurer. The board thanked her for the report.

Public input: None

Employee report: Kevin was not present.

Old Business:

A. Culvert policy: Discussed information provided by Wisconsin Towns Association. Motion made by Scott, 2^nd by Glenn to keep as a policy, carried.

New Business:

Discussion on current condition of roads, the board will do the road inspection in May to assess roads.

A. Weigh limits: No action taken on at this.

Correspondence: County notices about summer hours,

All bills approved and paid.

Next meeting will be annual meeting April 21, at 6:30 pm with regular meeting to follow.
